Shipping & Returns

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled only before shipment.
Unfortunately, cancellations are not accepted after dispatch due to hygiene reasons.


RETURNS

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns if the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide proof of damage (e.g., clear photos of the product and packaging).
  • We reserve the right to deny returns if sufficient proof is not provided.

REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the return request is approved and meets our return policy criteria.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return and refund instead.

DELIVERY POLICY

Beyond Basic collects name, address, and contact details to ensure accurate and secure delivery.

  • Customers must verify all shipping details before placing an order. Incorrect details may lead to delivery failures, and Beyond Basic will not be held responsible for such issues.

Secure Delivery Process

  • OTP verification will be required upon dispatch.
  • If the delivery attempt fails three times, the order may be canceled, with shipping charges deducted from the refund.
  • While we aim for timely deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days after placing the order.
  • No returns will be accepted unless the product is received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
  • The outer shipping box may have minor transit damage, which does not qualify as a reason for return. The product inside will be securely packed to avoid damage.
